In its fourth year, the prestigious program is open to all professionals within the window covering field, encompassing interior designers, workrooms, retailers, manufacturers, installers, marketers and other service providers. Honorees are chosen for their dedication to the industry, leadership roles within their companies and communities, and professional associations.

These ambitious individuals have glimpsed the future of window coverings and are diligently ensuring their businesses stay aligned with the latest trends. “We are immensely proud to unveil VISION’s 20 Under 40 honorees for 2024. These trailblazers are making significant strides within our industry, among their peers and in their communities. Their innovation and inspiration propel our industry forward, laying the groundwork for the future,” shared Associate Publisher Ania Munzer. 

The International Window Coverings Expo (IWCE) will host an in-person toast to honor participants on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, in West Palm Beach, FL. Make sure to take note, as you might want to hire these talented individuals in the future. Congratulations to the class of 2024!

BLAIR BANDY 
Project Manager, 37
