Since 2020, the 20 Under 40 Awards by Window Fashion VISION have honored young professionals committed to advancing the custom window treatment sector. This includes corporate leaders, small business proprietors, innovators and interior designers. Window Fashion VISION is excited to announce that nominations for its fourth annual 20 Under 40 Awards are now open, and we encourage you to submit your nominations today! Awardees are chosen based on their proven dedication to the industry, leadership roles within their organizations and communities, and professional affiliations.
The 2024 class will be revealed in the November/December edition of Window Fashion VISION magazine and honored at a prestigious awards ceremony in West Palm Beach, Florida, on April 16, 2025, during the International Window Coverings Expo (IWCE).
Who is eligible?
Individuals aged 18 to 39 by September 2024, actively employed in the window covering industry—including roles such as interior designers, installers, business professionals, marketers, small business owners, workrooms, retailers and service professionals—and residing in the United States, are invited to apply by September 30, 2024.
Who are we looking for?
Talented window treatment experts who have thrived and distinguished themselves in their profession before turning 40. Candidates must exhibit leadership, initiative and a steadfast commitment to advancing their careers or making meaningful contributions to the trade industry.

What do I need to submit a nomination?
The following is required to complete a nomination successfully:
- The nominee’s full name, mobile number, email address, current job position and company information
- A description of why the nominee should be considered for 20 Under 40 recognition
- Your letter of recommendation for the nomination

Nominations will be accepted until September 30, 2024.
Can I email or mail my nomination?
Nominations sent by email, fax and postal mail will not be accepted.
When is the special feature published?
Honorees will be featured in the November/December 2024 issue of Window Fashion VISION.
